That’s a good question. One of the people on the “shitty” men lie has sued and is currently going through that legal process as far as I understand.

I have spoken to Tunison about this previously and he explained to me why he chose not to sue, but honestly I don’t recall his answer with great enough specificity to feel comfortable representing his reasoning.

It does seem that he certainly had a case he could have made though.
